I guide companies and professionals to grow with method, purpose, and strategy, integrating people, leadership, and real impact.

I began my professional journey at 14 in the third sector, working within a social organization focused on high vulnerability contexts. I spent nearly ten years developing skills that became the foundation of my leadership: active listening, contextual analysis, management in adverse scenarios, and decision-making under pressure. There, I learned that social impact and strategy go hand in hand, and that people are always at the center of any sustainable transformation.

In Rio Grande do Sul, I founded Fada Madrinha Babás 24 Horas, a startup born from a real market need. I structured processes, positioning, professional curation, and a specialized service model, building a reputation in a sensitive, trust-driven segment. This experience solidified my ownership mindset, systemic vision, and strategic responsibility. Later, in a conscious move to reposition myself, I began the transition that would give rise to EP Soluções.

In Florianópolis, I established EP Soluções as a People Tech company specializing in organizational culture. The company was founded with the goal of integrating strategy, performance, and humanization, structuring businesses through cultural strengthening. At the same time, I founded FRAX23, a business school organized into ten verticals interconnected by organizational culture as the central axis. Our work expanded into talks, mentorships, and leadership development, positioning the brand as a reference in strategic building with identity.

Winner of the 6th edition of the Prêmio Mulheres Positivas 2026, winner of the 1st edition of the Prêmio Mulheres Positivas que Inovam 2025, and finalist in the 1st edition of the Prêmio CDL Mulher in the Emerging Entrepreneur category 2025. Ambassador for the international magazine Mulheres que Brilham and for Lumen RH, as well as Official Influencer of Delas Summit 2025. Selected for acceleration programs and strategic initiatives such as Jornada Startup and Sebrae’s Empreendedora Tech, SATC’s Lab Learning, Artemisia’s Potência Up, CDL’s Tainha Tank, Santander X Awards, and O Boticário’s Novos Começos Program. Today, with operations in Brazil and Europe, we are expanding our international presence not just geographically, but in terms of impact. Structured growth ceases to be a goal and becomes a natural consequence.
